SUMMARY The Product Owner ensures the proper deployment of processes and the effective use of the information systems within the scope of Lisi Aerospace, North America. They ensure that the relevant users have a firm grasp of the business processes and associated information systems, gather system evolution requirements to address new operational needs, and achieve harmonization across all of their plants. They collaborate with business units in developing specifications and selected solutions, and provide support, training (or arrange for training), and audit users. The PO contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within their assigned areas. Manage information system deployment projects in collaboration with users and the deployment team Ensure the sharing of best practices regarding processes and the information system across all plants. Analyze and validate information system change requests from the sites. Prioritize requested changes based on their criticality and allocated budget(s) (ROI). ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS SKILLS AND ABILITIES Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science from four-year University or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Key User, preferably in a Manufacturing environment. Familiar with manufacturing system principals such as ERP, MES, MRP, Inventory Control, Document Control, and Bills-of-Material. Understands and has working knowledge of the Business Process Modeling in the analysis of identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures and writing and maintaining functional specifications of the BPM systems Able to share expertise with others and coach/develop team members. Have the ability to read and manipulate major file formats (XML, CSV, flat text, etc.) Experience with Infor ERP systems, mainly M3, is a big advantage. Fluent in all Microsoft Office applications including Visio and PowerPoint. Language Skills Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, to listen and gets clarification, to respond well to questions, to demonstrate group presentation skills and to participate in meetings. Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematic & analytical concepts, including but not limited to facilitation and negotiation skills, Data Process Modeling, knowledge of competition, industry happenings and knowledge of how the Company is positioning itself is a plus.
