Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Data Consultant with proven experience in implementing enterprise-scale Data Governance (DG) and Data Quality (DQ) programs. Th individual will act as a Product Owner for a global manufacturing organization, driving the DG/DQ strategy and execution in close collaboration with busi and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica Data Governance tools and a strong understanding of other leading solutions in the market.

• Define and own the DG/DQ product roadmap, aligning with organizational data strategy.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to establish governance policies, standards, and stewardship models.
• Drive data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are well understood and delivered.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee tool implementation and integration (Informatica and other DG/DQ platforms).
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for DG/DQ programs.
• Evangelize data governance best practices and lead change management efforts across the organization.

• 10+ years in data management, with at least 5+ years in Data Governance & Data Quality.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise-scale DG/DQ programs.
• Strong knowledge of Informatica Data Governance tools (IDMC) and awareness of other tools (Collibra, Talend, Ataccama).
• Expertise in data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM). Familiarity with data architecture principles, metadata management, and lineage tracking.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum as a Product Owner.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data ecosystems.

• Certifications in Data Governance, Informatica, or Agile Product Ownership.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial domains.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and data integration tools.
