Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Product / Program Manager to work onsite with our client, a world-renowned academic institution. In this role, you will support the development, delivery, sales, and marketing of programs and products, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while driving strong customer satisfaction and program adoption.

Responsibilities-
Execute product and program plans, including detailed rollout schedules, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Partner closely with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans; assess performance and refine strategies to meet program goals.

Implement conversion strategies to support program enrollment, adoption, and overall success.

Deliver a high-quality customer experience that drives satisfaction and advocacy for programs.

Conduct analysis and provide recommendations regarding program or product direction and improvements.

Coordinate with vendors and consultants to support specific programs and initiatives.

Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts across processes, programs, and business operations.

Track progress, timelines, and deliverables; communicate updates and risks to stakeholders as needed.

Bachelor's degree (required).

3+ years of relevant experience supporting products and/or programs, or a combination of education and experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and customers.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Self-starter with strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Comfort using common technology platforms such as Google Drive, Outlook, Zoom (Cvent and Eventbrite experience is a plus).

Experience supporting programs in an academic, nonprofit, hospitality, or service-oriented environment.

Familiarity with marketing concepts such as audience targeting, pricing considerations, and communication channels.

Experience coordinating with external vendors or consultants.

This position is fully onsite.

The role requires driving a university vehicle approximately 2 3 hours per week; candidates must be eligible to pass a Basic + MVR + Education background check.
