Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue for assigned product lines, including modular structures, cold-storage containers, and industrial tents.
- Conduct customer visits, account development, and prospecting to achieve KPIs for calls, quotes, and revenue.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to address customer needs effectively.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality products and seamless customer experiences.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of outbound sales experience with technical products or solutions, or 3 years at WSMM.
- Ability to travel 25%-40% for field visits, with some overnight travel required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Strong communication skills, including presenting to C-suite executives.
- Preferred: experience with leasing, cross-selling, and consultative selling approaches
