We're seeking a skilled and technically-minded individual to join our dynamic new electrification division! This exciting role will focus on supporting the development and integration of battery electric products and electrified power components.Key Responsibilities:Develop training materials and service manualsTest and support products in the fieldReview product data and conduct failure analysisCollaborate with engineers on dealer support and field operationsLead projects and liaise with program partners, primarily focused on new product introduction (NPI)The Role:75% focused on NPI to start, progressing towards root cause analysis and product optimizationInitial emphasis on creating dealer technician manualsProject-based work involving technical support and cross-functional communicationIdeal Candidate:2-10 years of experience in a related engineering field (depending on education level)Hands-on mechanical aptitude and a strong foundation in engineering (manufacturing, mechanical, or service engineering backgrounds preferred)Able to effectively communicate with engineering teams and field techniciansPreferably with experience in electrification or working with dealer networksQualifications:High school diploma (minimum) with 10+ years of related experienceAssociate’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experienceElectrification experience is a plus, but not mandatoryMust be comfortable working in an office environment and interacting with teamsWhy Apply?Be part of a cutting-edge electrification divisionWork on exciting NPI programsGreat opportunity for growth and career advancement in a rapidly evolving industryApplication Process:First-round interview: VirtualSecond-round interview: In-person (can be virtual for non-local candidates)If you're passionate about electrification, have a hands-on mechanical background, and enjoy collaborating across teams, we'd love to hear from you!
