About the RoleDestination Asia Indonesia is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will support the Product Manager and Assistant Product Manager in managing hotel tariffs, contracting suppliers, and ensuring our product offerings reflect the best of Wonderful Indonesia.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a love for travel, and a keen eye for detail to contribute to one of Asia’s leading destination management companies.Key Responsibilities:Supplier Relationship ManagementNegotiate competitive contracts with hotels and suppliers.Review and analyze contracts and service agreements.Maintain supplier records including insurance, licenses, and safety compliance.Conduct regular hotel and supplier inspections, providing detailed reports.Support cross-departmental supplier interactions to ensure strong partnerships.Product Development & ManagementLiaise with hotels and suppliers on product and contracting inquiries.Assist in reviewing and updating packages, quotations, and marketing tools.Maintain and update factsheets, images, and tariffs in DA’s online systems.Create promotional materials such as brochures and flyers.Act as the main contact for product-related system support within Indonesia.Support the Health & Safety Committee with product-related compliance.ReportingPrepare weekly and ad-hoc product reports.Update stop sales reports for hotels.Ensure timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, business, or languages (preferred).Minimum 2 years of experience in product management at a Destination Management Company (DMC).Strong command of written and spoken English (other languages are an advantage).In-depth knowledge of Indonesian destinations and travel products.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related software (e.g., Travel Studio).Strong negotiation and communication skills.Passion for travel and promoting Wonderful Indonesia.Why Join Us?At Destination Asia, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional travel experiences across Asia.
