Who We Are Keystone Information Systems is a Valsoft Company specializes in developing efficient and cost-effective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for Local Governments and Public School Districts. Job Description Train customers on the use of Keystone software products, both on-site and remotely; includes developing training materials, planning agendas, and preparing follow-up documentation Become a subject matter expert in one or more Keystone software products, serving as a trusted resource for customers and internal staff Provide billable professional services to customers, including implementation support, configuration guidance, and tailored training engagements Perform comprehensive testing of new software modules and releases, documenting findings and working closely with the development team Serve as a Tier 3 customer support resource, handling complex or escalated issues that require deep product knowledge — diagnosing problems, coordinating with the development team, and seeing issues through to resolution Write and maintain clear, accurate software documentation and user-facing materials Build up skills to be able to conduct pre-sale and post-sale software demonstrations Manage customer relationships independently, building long-term trust through consistent, high-quality service Your Qualifications Quick learner with the ability to develop deep product knowledge independently and apply it confidently in customer-facing situations Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision Strong interest in building long-term customer relationships and delivering billable professional services Familiarity with enterprise-level software setup and administration Experience in software training, with the ability to adapt delivery style for both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills Specific experience in any of the following is a plus: payroll processing, HR management, finance/accounting, and tax billing/collection — preferably in the public sector Proficiency with advanced Excel features and the Office 365 suite We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
