Product Support Specialist – Coffee & Vending EquipmentOffice-Based | West Midlands£33,000 – £38,000 Basic + BenefitsWe are recruiting for a Product Support Specialist to join a global manufacturer of professional coffee and vending equipment. The business supplies premium solutions into the HoReCa and Office Coffee Service sectors and has a strong reputation for innovation, quality and technical excellence.This is a field-based role covering the West Midlands and surrounding areas, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work with advanced equipment and technology.The RoleAs a Product Support Specialist, you will be part of the UK Technical Team, providing expert on-site support to distributors, service partners and end users.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining fault finding, technical support, installation assistance and training delivery. You will act as a technical specialist, ensuring equipment is operating efficiently and customers receive a high standard of service.There may be occasional travel within the UK, Ireland and Europe for training and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out on-site diagnostics, fault finding and repairs on coffee and vending equipmentSupport installations and commissioning of new equipmentDeliver technical training to engineers and operatorsProvide remote and on-site technical support using telemetry systemsMonitor machine performance data and assist with remote diagnosticsLog and report technical cases accurately using internal systemsSupport trade shows, exhibitions and technical workshops where requiredWork closely with the Technical Manager and wider team to achieve service targetsCandidate RequirementsEssential:Proven experience repairing coffee machines, vending machines or similar electro-mechanical equipmentStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skillsPrevious field-based technical support experienceGood customer-facing communication skillsWorking knowledge of telemetry systems and remote machine monitoringDesirable:Experience delivering technical trainingFamiliarity with CRM or helpdesk systemsUnderstanding of relevant health and safety regulationsThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable engineer looking to join a well-established manufacturer with strong growth and development prospects.If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and work with innovative equipment in a supportive, forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.
