responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound calls to provide help desk break-fix support for Smart Safes and Cash Recyclers from our technical vendors, customers, distributors and dealers.
  • Creating service tickets and providing end-to-end oversight to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
  • Provide updates for the incident and problem resolution in the ticketing system/knowledge bases.
  • Escalating incidents that cannot be resolved to the next level of support in line with SLAs.
  • Ask probing questions to understand root cause, make recommendations for actions needed, and guide technicians over the phone through the troubleshooting and repair process of our Smart Safes and Cash Recyclers.
  • Agents will log every call with enough detail to fully describe the events of the call without need for further clarification.
  • Collaborating within a team environment by effectively communicating issues and status updates with colleagues and management.
  • Utilizes VPN remote control to provide solution and support while employing a call tracking system to manage problem tickets.
  • Ability to creatively find timely resolution for issues that are having a high-level impact on end users.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
