Join our team to lead production planning, inventory control, and logistics operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role ensures efficient production flow and on-time delivery while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand Oversee work orders, capacity planning, and shop floor scheduling Manage raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and shipping operations Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory turns Support ERP/MRP systems for planning and inventory management Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and warehouse operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field 5+ years in manufacturing production planning, logistics, or supply chain Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Preferred: Lean manufacturing or ISO environment experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
