Salary: $14.50 - 14.50 per hour + none

Are you mechanically inclined with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a Level I Production Assembler to join our clients team in Superior, WI. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling products with precision and care. You will utilize hand and power tools, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure the quality of products through meticulous testing and inspection. This is a temp to hire position.

Work hours- 6:30AM-5:30PM, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

  • Work proficiently in 1-2 designated work stations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current and upcoming SOPs and safety protocols.
  • Utilize torque wrenches/drivers and arbor presses effectively.
  • Handle sharp cutting tools and objects safely and efficiently.
  • Apply basic to intermediate mathematical skills as required for assembly tasks.
  • Communicate promptly and clearly with team members and supervisors to address any issues that arise during assembly.
  • Minimize waste generation during the assembly process.
  • Accurately document all work performed.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all assembly tasks.
  • Operate pallet jacks to transport packaged products and components as needed.
  • Fulfill any other duties assigned by supervisors.


Skill and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required.
