Vitafloor USA Inc., a global leader in equine whole-body vibration technology, is seeking a mechanically inclined and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Assistant. This hands-on position involves assembling, installing, and maintaining our high-quality products at our facility. The role supports daily warehouse operations, including assembling products, organizing inventory, preparing equipment for shipment, receiving deliveries, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Longer term, the possibility exists to expand the role to also include installing our products across the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Assembly: Assemble and configure products in our facility and ensure they are ready for installation.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform mechanical diagnostics and repairs as needed, both in the field and at the facility.
• On-Site Testing: Ensure all products are fully operational and meet Vitafloor’s quality standards after installation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our technical teams in Coleman, FL, and The Netherlands to resolve complex issues.
• Customer Support: Provide hands-on demonstrations and basic product training for customers during installations.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Mechanical Background: Strong foundational knowledge in mechanics through hands-on experience, training, or certification
• Hands-On Skills: Comfortable using hand and power tools and performing physical labor, including lifting equipment up to 50+ lbs
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
• Attention to Detail: Capable of reading and following technical manuals and assembly instructions
• Team-Oriented: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members and customers
• Language: Fluency in English required

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mechanical, or related field
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or equipment installation
• Electrical or Welding Knowledge: Familiarity with basic electrical systems or welding is a strong plus
• Equine Knowledge: Experience with horses or equestrian equipment
