As a Production Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations organized, employees supported, and shipments moving accurately and on schedule.

Production Assistant Duties:
- Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and adjust workflow based on priorities and staffing
- Assign duties, review work for accuracy, and support employees with pick lists, bills of lading, and bin replenishment
- Coordinate shipping timelines, communicate with carriers, and follow up on pick-up schedules
- Monitor safety practices and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support and oversee staffing agency associates, monitor performance, and provide feedback
Schedule:
Day Shift
Monday through Friday, flex start between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., working 8 to 10 hours per day until work is complete

Pay: $28.25 per hour
Production Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of experience as a warehouse Production Assistant or lead
- Experience with inventory, shipping, and warehouse coordination
- Proficiency using Excel and Warehouse or Yard Management Systems
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor workflow effectively
