If you become a Production Associate with us, you will help manufacture products that save lives. Our work is top-notch, and our team puts quality first. What to expect on a typical day? Being responsible for knowing where each step of the multiple jobs you are supporting are in their manufacturing process Reviewing and understanding work orders, job routing information, and process instructions about each job you are responsible for completing Observing and operating machines including making necessary minor adjustments when malfunctions are identified Report major machine problems Setup, run, and inspect assemblies including final packaging and ready-for-ship processes Conduct, as needed, secondary operations such as assembly, packaging, trimming, cutting, and/or grinding Examine and test for quality and record such things as part counts and product dimensions What is expected of a Production Associate? A successful Production Associate will exhibit professionalism and commitment to their work including demonstrating accountability, punctuality, and teamwork in a detailed and organized fashion A positive and supportive attitude Understand the company mission and department processes Ability to secure knowledge and proper use of the tools and equipment necessary to complete the job promptly Must be able to: Ability to stand and walk for periods of up to 4 hours and occasionally lift to 25 pounds. Strong detail orientation and good eyesight (aided or unaided) to see and work with very small components Job Hours: 3rd Shift Full time: Sunday through Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am Overtime is likely, with commensurate pay. We highly encourage employees to assist as much as they can with these efforts which could include the need to stay late or come in early to meet production needs.
