Job Title: Production Associate (Batch Maker)

Type: 1-year TEMP TO HIRE on W2
Shift Schedule: 1st shift training: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM Mon-Thurs, Friday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM and every other Saturday.

Job Summary:
The Batch Maker is responsible for preparing and mixing paint formulations according to specified recipes and quality standards. This role involves operating mixing equipment, ensuring the accuracy of measurements, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Paint Batch Maker plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all batches meet the required specifications for color, viscosity, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret paint formulation specifications and production orders.

Measure and weigh raw materials accurately according to established recipes.

Operate mixing equipment, including mixers, mills, and pumps, to produce paint batches.

Document all batch production processes and quality control results accurately.
