Company Description
Overview:
- Operate and maintain production equipment used in the manufacturing of bathtubs and shower units
- Prepare molds and perform fiberglass layering, resin application, trimming, sanding, and finishing
- Assemble components and ensure proper fit and function of products
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
- Adhere to all safety policies, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards
- Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial environments preferred but not required
- Experience in hands-on, physical roles such as construction, warehouse, landscaping, automotive, or general labor strongly considered
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or basic machinery is a plus
- Experience working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
- Proven track record of reliability, attendance, and teamwork
- Comfortable working in environments with dust, fumes, odors, and varying temperatures
