We are searching for a skilled, creative person, who enjoys working with their hands in a fun and clean environment. The maker will mix and pour silicone into molds, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, This person will also clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and the space is well-stocked and operating smoothly. We expect the employee and space to be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Measuring and combining ingredients and using scales and mixers, heat sources, and other equipment to produce tattoo practice skin.
Finishing and monitoring inventory.
Monitoring ingredients and quality checking finished goods to ensure each item meets our quality guidelines.
Keeping a record of daily production, inventory, and production levels.
Fulfilling the set KPI and workflow.
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
More education or experience is a bonus.
Willingness for constant improvement and always open to learn and grow as a skilled craftsperson and maker.
Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
Basic math and computer skills.
Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders and inventory
Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning and possibly weekends.
Ability to work in a busy environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift moderately heavy items.
