Job Description
Join our customer as an Assembler where you’ll be responsible for assembling and servicing trucks and vans. This role requires hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to read schematics, and perform assembly work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet for long periods, handling repetitive tasks, and collaborating effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and service trucks and vans using schematics and specialized tools
- Perform troubleshooting and light mechanical repairs as needed
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs with body strength and lifting aids
- Work efficiently on a moving assembly line with a sense of urgency
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (required); technical certifications are a plus
- ASE Certification and/or Ford Certification (preferred)
- Automotive mechanical and troubleshooting experience
- Strong hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for long shifts and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening & background check

The base salary range for this position is $16-17.50/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
