Full job description
Four Sisters Bakery in Black Mountain is looking to hire a production baker! We are accepting applications for full time or part time, but full time is preferred. Must be willing to work Saturdays, as well as open two days a week (arriving at 5 AM). This position is daytime hours.
Previous knowledge of bread making, lamination, shaping, mixing, proofing, and baking of other pastries and desserts required. Prior professional bakery experience recommended but not required. This position involves following recipes, use of commercial kitchen equipment and skills in time management, problem solving, and creativity. Must be able to touch raw meat and mayonnaise. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for long periods of time.
