- Experience with JobNimbus or similar CRM software is a plus
YOUR HOURS
This Project Coordinator role works full-time, Monday through Friday.
PROJECT COORDINATOR: YOUR ROLE
Your day as our Project Coordinator is all about keeping projects on track. You review sold jobs, write up work orders, and coordinate schedules with customers and subcontractors. Each day, you manage material lists, track costs, and ensure everything is ready for seamless execution. You're the communication hub-responding promptly to inquiries, updating leadership, and making sure every detail is accurate. In short, you're the go-to person who makes projects happen.
