Brief description of role We are seeking a Production Co-ordinator to become an integral part of our busy and fast-paced production support team, working closely with major UK-based feature film and TV productions. This role blends traditional coordination and scheduling duties with a consultative, client-facing approach – ideal for someone with a background in recruitment, estate agency, or a production office environment. This is an exciting, dynamic opportunity that requires a self-motivated, highly organised individual with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Role and Responsibilities Coordinating production accounts and ensuring prompt responses to closure, overseeing every stage between. Taking full ownership of account coordination from initiation to closure, overseeing every stage in between. Building customer quotes using kit lists, schedules and co ordinating equipment availability. Supporting the accounts dept with invoicing, customer purchase orders and any adhoc account queries. Liaising with internal departments on support requests, repairs and logistics. Booking and holding interdepartmental meetings. Raising and processing outbound purchase orders for production office team. Researching/updating the customer databases and asset management platform. Client outreach and business development. Attending networking events, when required. Candidate Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Common sense and initiative, with the ability to work unsupervised under pressure Ability to work to tight deadlines often whilst multitasking numerous accounts. People skills – must be able to build strong relationships and customer rapport. Conscientious with a positive can-do attitude Ability to learn at a fast pace Strong organisational and time management skills Flexibility – the company priorities often change unexpectedly, candidate needs to possess the ability to switch tasks at short notice, to meet the business needs Discretion – working in highly sensitive areas of film production Computer literate – strong competency with the MS Office suit – Outlook, Excel, Word UK Driving license and own transport Desirable but not essential Apple OS with ability to learn new programs quickly Previous experience of CMS tools would be beneficial Interest in film Working Conditions 42.5 hours per week, working shifts within our main hours of business of 8am to 6pm – with flexibility to work outside of these hours if required Monday to Friday Holiday – 20 days per year plus UK bank holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
