Production Control SpecialistBroadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Production Control Specialist to join our team in Edgewood!This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.Under the general supervision of the Manager of DDS Print, the Production Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring all Client Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met. Ensure accurate print quality of all products within their area of responsibility.Responsibilities:Acts as the knowledge expert of client specifications within print operations.Acts as a liaison with Production and Client Services to address issues that arise regarding client SLA to ensure timely resolution of print related issues.Proactively communicates issues associated with client SLA's to management and the Client Service Team.Ability to inspect/ verify printed media, materials, and postage through the sign off process.Ensures all special handing processes are followed via instructions.Provide necessary feedback/ escalation to proper management if standards are not met. Including active communication between shifts, with peers and across departments.Proficient knowledge of all in-house systems specific to each area of responsibility.Cross train in all applicable areas to ensure quality goals are met and exceeded.Verify that all jobs are properly reconciled and closed in a timely manner accurately.Provides training for continuous improvement for new associates and cross training opportunities.May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a Print/Production environment.H.S. degree and equivalent preferred.Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively.Strong organizational skills.
