Position Description: We are in search of an experienced Crew Chief who will play a pivotal role in our service operations. The Crew Chief will be responsible for responding to service calls, coordinating job requirements to establish an efficient workflow, completing job documentation, performing and supervising production work, and closely monitoring assigned jobs from start to finish. Ensuring the adherence and enforcement of all safety procedures on the job site is a critical aspect of this role. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication - effective written and oral communication Experience - cleaning/restoration experience preferred Education - High school diploma/GED Certifications - IICRC preferred Driver's License - Valid with clean driving record Physical Requirements: Able to regularly lift 50 pounds; up to 100 pounds with assistance.
