Are you an analytical team player with a passion for logistic environments and processes? Warehouse Operations Plant is the beating heart where all material flows come together. Here, raw materials and components are received, stored, picked, and delivered to various production departments. Semi‑finished products and bulks move continuously between departments within an automated warehouse that is constantly evolving.Your RoleAs a Project Engineer, you are part of the Support team within the warehouse. Together with your colleagues, you support the operational department and various other departments. You will interact with a wide range of teams and take responsibility for a diverse set of tasks. You contribute to the continued growth and optimization of our warehouse and play an active role in the success of our production processes.ResponsibilitiesLeading warehouse projectsCommissioning new freezers or warehousesShipping validation and drafting quality agreements with carriersEnd‑to‑end project managementRequirement gatheringComplete flow of documentation through change controlUpdating operating procedures, SPECs,…Acting as the point of contact for establishing new flows for new cold products (fridge, -20, -40, -55, -75)Responsible for investigation and documentation of quality deviations and defining CAPAsAnalyzing and resolving issues for operational teams and production departmentsProfileYou hold a relevant university degree (farma, engineering, biomedical sciences, …) or have equivalent experienceYou are a true team player with a hands‑on mentalityYou have strong communication skillsYou work analytically, both based on data and through constructive collaboration with stakeholdersYou can maintain oversight of various parallel projects and set clear priorities
