As part of Toyota Industries Corporation, we manufacture automotive air-conditioning compressors while continuously improving how we build them.This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being close to the manufacturing floor, solving real production challenges, and driving continuous improvement. What you’ll do:Lead Kaizen and cost-reduction initiatives to improve production efficiencySupport CNC machining processes, tooling improvements, and equipment optimizationWork cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and production teamsHelp manage tooling projects and production engineering initiativesImprove processes using TPS, JIT, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles We’re looking for someone who:Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical EngineeringHas experience in manufacturing or production engineering (machining preferred)Enjoys process improvement, problem solving, and hands-on engineeringIs motivated by continuous improvement and operational efficiencyAt TACG & TICA, our engineers play a direct role in improving how we build our products every day — from the production floor to long-term process improvements.
