Job Summary
Shift: 12 hour night shift, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Schedule: 3-2-2-3 F shift
Pay rate: 21.00 per hour

We are seeking a mechanically inclined professional to support night shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Candidates with prior industrial maintenance or mechanical experience will be given first consideration.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, optimize, change over, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
Monitor equipment performance to meet production and quality standards
Perform adjustments, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate production, downtime, and equipment log records
Ensure machines, control panels, and safety guards are functioning properly
Monitor component and material levels and notify material handlers as needed
Clear equipment jams safely and restart machines according to procedures
Perform required quality checks and document results per quality system requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
Support upstream and downstream operations
Perform rework as required
Work effectively in a team environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Prior industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to use tools properly and follow troubleshooting and setup procedures
Ability to read and understand machine blueprints
Ability to work 12 hour overnight shifts
Steel toe shoes required

Interview Process
Candidates will be evaluated for mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills during the interview process.
