- Full Time - Day Shift - M-F (7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) - 40 hrs./week year round.
- Direct Hire Only- Flexible TIME OFF SCHEDULING -- PTO provided up front.
- $16/hour to start + Year-End Bonus + Annual Performance Reviews .
- PAID Holidays (9).
- Bi-weekly pay.
This is Not your typical warehouse or manufacturing job:
- No surprises. See the job in-person (on the Production floor) before hire!
- Build our product at your workspace. Easy assembly, lightweight.
- Climate controlled, clean, generally quiet work area. Earbuds are okay here!
- Your training and job growth are part of an intentional plan.
- Smaller size company means personal support.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- HS diploma or GED required.
- Previous production, light assembly or warehouse experience a plus (but not required).
- Ability to sit for up to 2-3 hours at a time with good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. And, good basic math skills.
