Work Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Production Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment on the production line, helping to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate and diagnose equipment issues, replace defective components, and perform troubleshooting using various tools and resources, including electronic equipment, technical manuals, diagrams, and written/verbal instructions.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Utilize a range of hand, power, and testing tools as needed for repairs.
  • Under supervision, redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for integration with existing equipment.
  • Estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Vocational or technical training in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines, and other regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of calibration and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Experience with maintaining records in computer database programs.
