This role combines office responsibilities with hands‑on site coordination to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities Support overall production management activities and daily operations. Communicate effectively with the production site and management team. Identify site requirements and act promptly to resolve them. Collect, review, and organize daily work logs. Recognize site issues and implement follow‑up measures. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor on‑site operations. Check, manage, and deliver necessary supplies to the site. Requirements Qualifications Experience Entry‑level to 3 years of relevant experience. Background in Manufacturing, Steel, or OCTG is preferred but not required. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong skills in scheduling, reporting, and documentation. Ability to quickly learn and operate site‑specific systems and tools. Language Skills English and/or Spanish proficiency preferred. Korean language skills are a plus but not required. Working Conditions Primarily office‑based with required on‑site visits. Weekend work may be required; compensatory time off will be provided. Clear, consistent communication with production teams. Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Preparedness for meetings (accurate reports, data, and supporting materials delivered on time).
