Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing. Manage, train, and develop production staff, including supervisors and line workers. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. Monitor production processes and output, identifying and resolving issues to maintain quality standards and minimize waste. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards throughout the production cycle. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
