Additional duties include maintaining equipment, ensuring proper resource allocation, and coordinating with other departments to meet company goals.QualificationsExperience in production management, team leadership, and operational planningKnowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and quality control principlesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProblem-solving and decision-making abilities with a passion for process improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsProficiency in using production management software or tools is a plusFamiliarity with health, safety, and compliance standards in manufacturing environmentsBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or other related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
