Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cornwall on Hudson, NY, for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency in production processes, maintaining product quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, scheduling production activities, supervising team performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Additional duties include maintaining equipment, ensuring proper resource allocation, and coordinating with other departments to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, team leadership, and operational planning
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and quality control principles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a passion for process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in using production management software or tools is a plus
• Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance standards in manufacturing environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or other related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
