Production Manager

Summary...

As the Production Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the day-to-day production operations, ensuring objectives are met at the lowest cost consistent with product quality requirements, while maintaining high safety standards and ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance. You will help develop business plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.

Requirements

What we're looking for....

• 4-year Bachelors degree
• 5+ years leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing operation.
• Must have experience with budgets and P&L
• Strong Computer Skills:
• Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
• proficiency in use of Quality Systems
• ERP (NetSuite preferred) & MRP systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Seeking a strong floor manager that's good at working with diverse teams.

They run production 4 days/week, Mon-Thurs, (6a-4:30p).
