This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, hands-on leader who is eager to make an impact on plant efficiency, production performance, safety, and quality.This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering or manufacturing background who is ready to step into a high-visibility leadership position and help drive operational improvements. The right person will be smart, practical, energetic, and excited to roll up their sleeves to improve processes and support a production team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support production team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDrive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and overall plant performanceOversee execution of the production schedule and coordinate labor to meet operational demandsDevelop, track, and report key production KPIsCreate, improve, and maintain operating procedures and best practicesPartner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to improve workflow and solve production issuesTrain and develop production employees on process discipline, safety, and operational standardsSupport recruiting, performance management, and team development effortsAssist with troubleshooting quality concerns and improving manufacturing consistencyContribute to capital projects and broader operational improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred5+ years of manufacturing, production, quality, or operations experience5+ years of production supervision or leadership experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience in a manufacturing environment that fabricates or produces engineered products is highly preferredProven ability to improve systems, drive accountability, and increase efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForWe are especially interested in candidates who are:Hungry and eager to growHands-on and willing to be visible on the plant floorStrong technically, but also practical in executionExcited by process improvement, efficiency, and team developmentLooking for a role where they can make a meaningful operational impact
