Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, driven Production Manager to lead machine build operations while overseeing facility maintenance in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of production performance, drive process improvements, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, custom-built equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and optimize daily production operations, ensuring machines are built efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and manage assembly schedules to align with customer demands and production goals
  • Serve as a technical expert on machinery, supporting troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supervise, coach, and develop assembly teams to maximize performance and engagement
  • Partner closely with Purchasing and Inventory to ensure seamless material flow and production readiness
  • Drive accountability for meeting production deadlines and shop job completion targets
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage workflows, track progress, and improve operational visibility
  • Oversee Machine Quality Control and ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards
  • Provide leadership across both mechanical and electrical assembly functions
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to align production strategies with business objectives
  • Coordinate vendors and oversee facility maintenance activities to ensure a safe, efficient work environment
  • Address minor building maintenance needs proactively to minimize downtime

  • Forklift certification with ability to operate sit-down, stand-up, and order picker equipment
