Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading global organization in the refining and process manufacturing industry to identify a Production Manager for a large-scale, continuous production facility. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end processing operations, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost objectives are consistently achieved. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, improving efficiencies, and minimizing process losses within a highly complex manufacturing environment. The Production Manager will lead a team of managers, supervisors, engineers, and a sizable hourly workforce, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight. This individual will coordinate closely with cross-functional partners including logistics, maintenance, and quality to ensure seamless operations and reliable fulfillment of customer demand. The role requires strong leadership capability, the ability to analyze operational performance, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production challenges. A key focus of this position is driving continuous improvement initiatives and long-term operational enhancements.
