This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong operational expertise, a vision for improving a legacy facility, and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.The Ennis facility is currently undergoing updates and modernization. The ideal candidate understands that this is a “fixer‑upper” plant with strong long‑term potential and is excited about shaping its future.The plant operates 5 production lines with approximately 120 employees onsite.
