On call as needed.1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:30pm3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:30amContinental Shift: 6:00am–6:30pm / 6:30pm–6:30amCompensation: $120,000Position OverviewThe Production Manager will lead daily plant operations, overseeing production, personnel, safety, organization, and housekeeping. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong operational expertise, a vision for improving a legacy facility, and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.The Ennis facility is currently undergoing updates and modernization. The ideal candidate understands that this is a “fixer‑upper” plant with strong long‑term potential and is excited about shaping its future.The plant operates 5 production lines with approximately 120 employees onsite.
