SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced Production Manager to work in the Gardena, CA area. This position will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production and testing of electronic communication devices. The chosen candidate must have a strong background in PCB/PCBA testing, along with aerospace manufacturing. Knowledge of ESD process controls & testing procedures is a must. Candidate must also be able to meet ITAR requirements. This will be a 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE role.

Hours

- 1st shift - 8AM-430PM, 4-6 hours Saturday.

Details

- Oversee a team of 2 leads with 20+ EEs in the department. Reporting to COO.

• Production oversight experience in testing or systems experience, preferably in electronics or environmental testing.

• ESD/semi-clean room environment experience/electromechanical assembly, PCBA, SMT, and & Thru-hole component visual inspection & testing management experience.

• Looking for strong leader who can drive team goals in volume production and understands meeting expectations of deadlines/devlierables.

• Strong computer skills, ERP experience.

• Degree is a plus.

• IPC certs is a plus, not a must.
