The ideal Architectural Millwork Production Manager has strong leadership experience. We are looking for someone with a background in custom milllwork manufacturing and production. The Architectural Millwork Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production process and supervising all team members on our Millwork Production floor. This position must be well versed in manufacturing and production. They are responsible for quality output and continuous process improvement to increase efficiencies on the production floor. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to lead and hold team members accountable.
