Requirements: U.S. Navy/Coast Guard ship repair experience
We are a full-service military ship repair business, and we are in search of a Production Manager experienced with U.S. Navy and Coast Guard vessels.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in several areas of ship repair such as mechanical, welding, sheet metal, electrical, etc.
The right person stepping into this role must also have a firm grip on people management and possess the ability to manage and organize multiple groups and projects.

What You Will Be Doing
- Ensuring project schedules and production budgets are adhered to
- Ensuring work performed is in compliance with specified technical directives and EHS regulations
- Prior ship repair industry experience on US military vessels
- Prior experience in a role such as Marine Engineer, General Foreman, Production/Program/Project Manager
- Familiarity with mechanical, structural and electrical repairs
- Blueprint reading expertise
- Ability to create project schedules
- Ability to generate ROM estimates
- Experience preparing CFRs and Change Orders
- Experience supervising and organizing large crews of staff and subcontractors
- Base salary ($100K - $120K)
