The investment is worth $70 million. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for Production Manager who oversees production operations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
• Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Manage and optimize resources, including production development.
• Ability to plan the need for raw materials for production matter.
• Manage, organize and train production staff.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proven experience as a production manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industrial health and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
