Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead a new area of our facility, focused on products undergoing chemical treatment and waste systems. This role involves overseeing a team of 10+ professionals, including painters, general laborers, inspectors, and material handlers. Ideal candidates will have experience in water treatment plants or chemical treatment facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 10+ professionals in the production area.
• Oversee chemical treatment and waste systems processes.
• Coordinate operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
• Manage waste systems, chemical dosing systems, and industrial equipment.
• Conduct lab testing and ensure quality control.

Essential Skills

• Experience in chemical and wastewater treatment.
• Strong supervision and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of chemistry and chemical handling.
• Familiarity with waste management processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of various chemical treatments and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations.
• Clear communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
