Role Description

This is a part-time (growing into full-time), on-site & remote role located in Stevensville, MT for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with GMP standards, manage staff scheduling, production scheduling, managing supply chain logistics, inventory and managing and partaking the production process.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring product quality standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Compensation:
Starting Pay: $30 an hour

Qualifications

• Production management experience, including scheduling and planning, increasing efficiency,, staff schedules, and team leadership
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), quality control stas a plusndards, and compliance requirements i
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain logistics
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Experience in manufacturing herbal, pharmaceutical, or similar products is a plus
• Requirements: While most of the job is computer based, it is important our production manager be hands on when needed - this will require you to be able to stand for multiple hours a day and lift up to 50lbs
• Must be Proficient with google drive, excel, spreadsheets, and computers.
• Some Knowledge of AI for efficiency is required.
