Experienced Production Manager required to lead operations within an international specialized mechanical manufacturer based near Stuttgart. This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for production, logistics, and maintenance, overseeing ~100 employees.The RoleYou will lead 8 direct reports (production team leaders, logistics manager, maintenance manager) across two shifts, covering the full value chain from goods receipt to shipment.
