Job Summary: As a Production Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and timely delivery of products. You will be responsible for managing a team, optimizing production processes, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  2. Production Oversight:
    • Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet client deadlines.
    • Ensure all production activities adhere to quality standards and company policies.
  3. Process Optimization:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to streamline operations and improve product offerings.
  4. Quality Control:
    • Oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet client specifications and industry standards.
    • Address and resolve any production issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  5. Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, ensuring availability for uninterrupted production.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain cost-effective procurement practices.
  6. Safety and Compliance:
    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the custom apparel industry, but not required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with production equipment and processes, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
