Position Overview:
As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include preparing raw materials, operating equipment, and monitoring production for quality control. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate production equipment for crystal growth processes.
• Record and maintain accurate production and quality data.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 60 pounds.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a production setting.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
