Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Operator located in Louisville, KY. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating filling lines, loading and unloading bulk flammable liquids, and maintaining clients quality control standards. Day-to-day tasks include filling drums and totes, loading and unloading over the road containers, unloading railcars, daily cleaning and organizing warehouse, inspecting products for defects, maintaining production equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. The role also requires clear communication with team members across multiple departments to ensure operational goals are being met.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Prior experience in a food safe environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality and safety
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in environments with varying temperatures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
