Production Operator

Schedule: Monday Friday
Shift: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Molding Regrind Associate to support material handling and housekeeping duties within our manufacturing facility. This role involves processing completed products for regrind, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and collaborating with material support and maintenance teams when needed.

• Transport completed product materials to designated regrind areas

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, machinery, and floors

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times

• Work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

• Interpret and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures

• Report equipment or material issues to support and operations teams

• Adhere to all quality standards, policies, and procedures

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• No high school diploma or GED required

• 6 12 months of prior work experience (manufacturing experience preferred but not required)

• Ability to read, understand, and follow production documentation and safety guidelines

• Manufacturing environment with standing for long periods

• Frequent bending, reaching, walking, kneeling, crouching, pushing/pulling

• Repetitive hand and wrist motions

• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, frequently lift up to 10 lbs

• Frequent pushing/pulling up to 10 lbs, occasional up to 30 lbs

• Exposure to moving machinery and temperature variations
