Position Overview: This position will be responsible for safely picking and packing orders. You
will be responsible for picking orders for our client;
strapping orders, and wrapping them with the pallet wrapper/scale. From there you will be taking
paperwork to the Scheduling Clerk for the shipment to be booked and shipped out the door.
Below are just some of the responsibilities and expectations that come along with this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Ensures the quality of shipments.
■ Check proofs and make sure overlays and openings match.
■ Check the label of boxes match the Sales Order.
■ Quantities are verified on both sides TPG and SBF.
● Uses a tape measure to get the dimensions of pallets that are being shipped.
● Collaborates effectively with team members, offering support and answering
questions to foster positive relationships.
● Maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment and ensure all tools and
equipment are put back in the correct location.
● Shipment Processing:
■ Palletized Shipments: Prepare all shipments for palletizing and movement
through the dock doors.
● Small Package Shipments: Package small items and deliver them to the
Scheduling Clerk.
● Packages the finished products from the assembly team.
● Assists in all other operations departments as required.
● Performs other duties as assigned.
