Essential Functions of the Job:

• Must be able to read contracts and comprehend completely
• Must learn all model numbers to easily identify and manipulate them
• Ensure that all required paperwork is prepared and delivered to supervisors and team leaders in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and communication with management to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision‑making
• Contribute to the creation and setup of product ranges within the system
• Analyze the capacity of the resources to make the planned production orders
• Issue and adjust the production orders
• Monitor production progress and adjusting schedules when issues arise
• Ensure that the material supply is delivered in conformity with the production needs
• Plan the production of after‑sales service parts and ensure ongoing monitoring in coordination with the designated responsible person
• Solve and manage the end of a production order in the system
• Creation and handling of VIN Tags
• Work in close collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing and Production
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing field
